Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Pretty Little Planars, every order is packed with care and shipped from our small, family-run shop. Because our products are consumable craft supplies and instantly-downloadable digital files, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. This includes physical items (planars, flatbacks, ribbons, hardware, tools, etc.) and digital clip art.

That said… I always want you to be happy with your order.
If something isn’t right, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery (for physical items) or within 7 days of purchase for digital files. If I made a mistake or your package arrives damaged, I’ll absolutely work with you to make it right. That may include a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Situations I can help with:
• Items that arrived damaged
• Missing or incorrect items due to my error
• A defect that prevents you from using the product
• A shipping issue that affects the condition of your package
• Digital files that were corrupted or failed to download properly

Situations I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Items purchased by accident
• Opened or used craft supplies
• Planars or flatbacks that have normal size variation (common with manufacturer-cut items)
• Digital clip art purchases (because they cannot be “returned”) unless the file is damaged or unusable
• Requests for returns due to differences in color between screens/monitors

Craft supplies and digital downloads are all final sale, but customer service isn’t. If something feels off, you have a concern, or something arrived in less-than-perfect condition, just email me. I’ll take good care of you.
